Is there a maximum number of requests I'm allowed to make?
After subscribing, you have the freedom to include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, which will then be delivered sequentially.
What's the expected speed of design delivery?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Is there a possibility of receiving a refund if I'm dissatisfied with the service?
Because the work maintains a high level of quality, refunds will not be granted.
Who makes up the team of designers?
You might find it unexpected, but Unboundesign functions as a solo agency. This implies that your communication will be directly with me, the founder of Unboundesign. However, requests for power-ups such as animations or custom illustrations are handled by partner designers.
Can you explain the functioning of the pause feature?
We recognize that you might not have a sufficient amount of design tasks to occupy an entire month. It’s possible that you currently have just one or two design requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes beneficial.The billing cycles adhere to a 31-day timeframe. For instance, if you register and utilize the service for 21 days, and subsequently opt to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will also be paused. As a result, you’ll still have 10 days of service available for future use.

What is the process for making design requests?
Unboundesign provides extensive flexibility in the methods you can utilize to request designs through Trello. Clients commonly make design requests directly on Trello, share Google documents or wireframes, and even create briefs using Loom videos for those who prefer verbal communication. Essentially, any content that can be linked or shared within Trello is acceptable.
What if the design doesn't meet my preferences?
No need to be concerned! We will keep refining the design until it aligns perfectly with your vision and you’re completely content.
What if I have just one request?
Absolutely fine. Once you’re done, you can put your subscription on hold and come back whenever you require more design assistance. You don’t have to let any remaining subscription time go unused.
